You agree to use fotOO only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you upload or generate through the app. You must not use the app to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
3. Intellectual Property
The fotOO application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OKTRA. The AI-generated images are provided to you subject to the specific licenses granted by our AI providers.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of fotOO may require a subscription or one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through App Store billing.
5. Limitation of Liability
OKTRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
