3. Face Data Disclosure

Our application includes features that process images that may contain facial features ("Face Data"). We take the privacy of this data seriously:

• What we collect: We process images you voluntarily upload to our service. These images may contain faces. We do not use these images to uniquely identify you or for biometric authentication.
• How we use it: Face Data is used solely for the purpose of AI image generation and transformation based on your requests. Specifically, it allows the AI to understand the subject and context for the generation process.
• Sharing with Third Parties: Your images are securely transmitted to Google Gemini API (our third-party AI provider) for processing. These third parties do not use your Face Data for any other purpose and are bound by strict confidentiality.
• Retention: We do not retain Face Data indefinitely. Original images are temporarily processed to generate your AI content. While generated images are stored in your account for your access, you can delete them at any time, which also removes them from our servers.
• No Biometric Identification: We do not use Face Data to identify specific individuals or for any surveillance purposes.

Note regarding Templates: The template images displayed within the application are AI-generated synthetic imagery created from text prompts and do not represent real individuals. These are used solely for illustrative purposes to demonstrate the capabilities of the AI generation features.

We use your information to provide and improve the fotOO experience, including:

• Generating AI content based on your inputs.
• Managing your account and subscription.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
